This Privacy Statement for VITA LONGA d.o.o., a limited liability company with headquarters in Split, Vinogradska 72, OIB: 30744314881, operating this service under the name “Tranquility Villas”, hereinafter refered to as “Villas”, was made in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR).

Tranquility Villas will receive, treat and process your Personal Data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive), General Data Protection Regulation Implementation Act (Official Gazette no. 42/18) and all other applicable positive legal regulations and ordinances of Republic of Croatia and the European Union, with with the application of appropriate technical and security measures in order to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, misuse, detection, loss or destruction.

All categories of your Personal Data are handled by Tranquility Villas for the following purposes and are based on:

Contract/Reservation Execution: We process your Personal Data for the purpose of execution of Contract/Reservation and fulfillment of our contractual obligations.

Consent of Contact: We may occassionally contact you with special offers, news or other information you have indicated to have interest in.
Legal Obligations: We process your Personal Data in accordance with our legal obligations such as, but not limited to, registration of your temporary stay at Tranquility Villas and payment of Tourist Tax.
Legitimate Interest: The collected Personal Data is stored only for the period during which we need it for fulfillment of our other purposes or until you revoke your consent for us to keep it.

5. PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD

Your Personal Data will, for the most part, be deleted upon termination and/or expiration of the need for it, but no later than the expiration of any statutory obligations related to its retention.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights:

Right to Information on Processing of Personal Data,

Right to Correction: If we process your Personal Data and it is incomplete or inaccurate, you may ask us to correct or supplement it at any time.

Right to Erasure: You may ask us to delete your Personal Data if we have processed it unlawfully or said processing presents disproportionate interference with your protected interests. Please note that there are reasons to suspend the current erasure such as legally prescribed archiving obligations.

Right to Appeal: If you think that processing your data has violated Croatian or European Personal Data protection regulations, please contact us first in order to clarify any such concerns. You are entitled to file a complaint with the Croatian Data Protection Agency, or, in the event of a change of the applicable regulations, to another competent body with jurisdiction and to the competent supervisory body within the European Union.
