Tranquility Villas Brač

Available to rent separately, or together, our villas sit in two hectare private compound, which has been turned into Brac’s largest botanical garden. The homes command panoramic views of a biblical landscape. The city of Split and mountains beyond are visible across the Split / Brač channel – creating a shimmering skyline at night.

Villa Johanna

A contemporary but classical villa built around a beautiful courtyard, framed by glass walls on three sides, featuring carefully-selected designer items.

Villa Lucia

Very contemporary, with an open-plan design, Villa Lucia boasts a huge, panoramic seaview from one side juxtaposed with a glass wall on the other side opening to a well-shaded patio and pool.

Services

Our villas come with dedicated live-in staff. We offer a daily complimentary breakfast / collazione (fresh eggs from our own hens/ local pastries / yogurt / fruit, exact option to be agreed with beforehand) . Complimentary amuse bouche and cocktails will also occasionally surprise our guests.

Tranquility is an ideal site for a special occasion. With indoor and outdoor sites specifically designed to make a party “flow” and be memorable.

Sustainability

Constructed with an eye towards sustainability and passive energy saving.

Tranquility is building towards net zero. Completed in 2022, the resort features the latest energy-saving engineering. We have reduced our carbon footprint thanks to solar panels (75 KW), solar thermal and passive (eco) design. We have committed to the plastic pledge (no single use plastic on property).

Maria Pieri’s Stay in Villa Johanna on Brač

Last summer, we had the honour of welcoming Maria Pieri, a respected National Geographic journalist, as our guest at Tranquility Villas. Maria stayed in Villa Johanna, one of our two luxurious villas on the island of Brač. During her seven-day stay, she explored the island’s peaceful villages, scenic coastline, and local traditions.

Moreover, she quickly connected with Brač’s tranquil spirit and warm hospitality. As a result, her time here inspired a beautiful travel story, now featured on National Geographic Online.
